Default opinion/advise

a guy i know that lives close to me said he is willing to sell this to me

ATI P600B with a 2 core intercooler, fresh head unit, new belt tensioner, 14(new) and 11lb. pulleys, and an AFM Powerpipe. I have a mass air calibrated for blow through and stock injectors, and a 75mm Bullet with a matching set of 38lb injectors (1200miles on the injectors).

what do you guys think?? i plan on TFS heads and stage 1 cam also..is there anything i should know bout this blower? the mass air meter calibrated for blow through and stock injectors i would NOT be buying...and would i be ok with just a 255 fuel pump and fuel presure regulator?

any advise and or opinions would be great

I say if it is in good condition and you can get it for a decent price let the BOOST LOOSE!

Im would get a 255lph pump and call ATI or Vortech and get one of their inline pumps, the ATI is identical to a T-Rex but it's cheaper. You will need a meter calibrated for blow through and the 38# injectors will be fine.

A Adj. FPR will only give you more fuel at WOT, it is a wise tale that it heps down low. The stock EEC will make the pulse width of the injector wider or narrower depending on what the stock settings are. The only way to get more fuel across the rpm band is to go up in injector size. I would look into a custom blower cam, Rick at AFM really kmnows his stuff, his cam for my NA combo really woke it up, well worth the money.

With the 11# pulley you will see around 8-9lbs do to the intercooler. I can't wait to get a BIG D series ATI to go atop the 408 I plan to build in the future.

Good Luck!

oh..Rick91gt...he has TWO meters...one blow through for stock injectors and a proM 75mm blow through for the 38# injectors..i would NOT be buying the one for stock injectors..id be buying the 38's and the proM 75 meter for them...

he also said that the inline pump he got with the ATI kit is OFF the car...so im hoping he includes it with the blower if not i can always buy it from him for cheap...he also stated the FMU "lines" have been modifyed for his..he has some weird kind or something..so im hoping i DO get the FMU id just have to buy new lines...he said he would call ATI and find out how much the lines are and knock that amount off the price

he did mention that there was some part throttle bucking at times and he said it was due to the meter..he said the new ones are suppose to fix that but he didnt know if it REALLY dose
