Question Business cards... can I?

Hey Dan? I'm seeing too much NICE Mustangs around here with no practical way of letting those people know about MW. Would you care if I made some (maybe 50) small business cards that just have the Mustang Works Online logo and the website address on it? I just want some so that when I pass these cars in a parking lot or wherever, I can leave it on the car (windshield) I know there may be some problems with that (copyright and all-- I'm not trying to steal your business ) so I wanted to run that by you, but I can't see any real problem with it. I will send you a pic of what I'm talking about if you want.

I understand what you're getting at. And, we want to spread the word about the site as much as possible. Therefore, I'm always open to ideas. Send me a pic and I'd be more than happy to check it out at least. Another thing we could do is create a small flyer too or something. Post these things for any member to download and use in their area to post, hand out, and stick on Stangs in their area if they want to help grow the site.

Yes, judging from the content of your reply, you do understand what I am getting at. I just really love this site and I wish that other Mustangers knew about it. It also helps bring us together in a way that isn't as practical by other means. For example, as mentioned b4, I have seen a lot of souped up (or just plain nice) Mustangs and Lightnings around here (like, for example, in parking lots), but of course I can't sit around and wait for the owner to return to the car to tell him/her about the site. Also, there amt of Mustangers from Augusta or the eastern part of GA that are actually regular members of this site is pretty low. I'd like to get more Mustangers from my area to register here at MW. Plus of course this will bring us together better over here where I live. This site can help unite clusters of stangers all over the nation where they might would not have been able to relate to each other by other means (i hope you can understand my twisted sentence).

Actually, I think your flyer idea is probably a little better idea b/c it is cheaper and accessible to all members. Each small enough to get 2 per 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. All they'd have to do to it is download it and print it on their own printer at home.

I have already sent you an email (to mworks@mustangworks.com) with 2 attachments: one .jpg with a really quickly thrown together idea for a business card and the other a Word document with the flyer on which I took a little more time to put together (which I think is better). It is set up (size of flyer) so that you can get two flyers on one 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.

All in all, if you decide to totally not do this and do not want me to make business cards (or whatever), just let me know and I won't. There would absolutely be no hard feelings on my part. ...But I hope you will do this.
