Question Harmonic Balancer question

i am in the process of replacing the timing chain and cover, and have just removed the balancer from the crank and while inspecting it, i noticed that the rubber seal on the back side looks like its seen better days. my question is can that seal be replaced or do i need to look for a replacement balancer instead?
thanks
