Anyone good with law? Need help.
Over a year ago, Lee had a wreck. We were making a left turn on a blind hill ,when: BAM! This bi-- who was doing way over the 35 mph speed limit - hit us. The cop neglected to write down that she slid 40 feet & knocked us 10 feet. Well, we just got papers today that this crackhead is suing us for 300,000. Yeah right. Lee didn't get a ticket & my ins tried to settle her med. bills but they refused, wouldn't send them anything. hahaha
I have pic's of Miss Rockhead walking around after the wreck, she's been to doctors in 4 different countys. My insurance company told me to send all court summons to them plus the pic's. What a great country we live in
