Default Torque specs for trick flow heads?

Im helping my friend replace head gaskets, what torque specs are recomended? we were thinking 85 ft lbs, or 90...any advice? also replacing with arp head bolts, and msd distributor, cant wait to hear his car roar again....... thnx
