Default 71 Mustang Idling To High Help!!

I HAVE A 71 STANG AND I PUT A NEW CAM IN AND A HOLLY CARB 1850 BUT IT IS IDLING TO HIGH. I CHECKED THE TIMING BBBUT IT'S STILL IDLING VERY HIGH AND AND SLUGISH WHEN I PUSH THE GAS I'M A NEW CAR GUY AND THIS WAS MY FIRST PROJECT, AND I DIDN'T WANT TO CALL IN A MECHANIC IF YOU CAN GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTION I OPEN TO THEM ALL THANKS
