Post Windsor head guys.

Well since quick trip to the track last week and pulling a 13.6 out of my stock motor I have desided not to go with a new motor.I'm going to go with the Jr. heads. Is there anything I need to know before getting these heads. Are these heads ped or studs, is there any problems with headers, will I have any problems with smog equipment? Thanks for your help.
