Default I am hearing valve clatter...

I am hearing some clatter and it ain't Santa Clause

When I am driving "normal" I shift at 2500rpm every time. It just comes natural to me. I listen to the sound of my motor

When I do, I hear some valve clatter comming from my passenger side head. If I shift before or after 2500, then it doesn't happen. I can't hear it at WOT, cuz my exhaust is so freaking lound

I think it might be parinoia but I "think" I am hearing at lower rpm's now It's really hard to tell when you are driving.

I have the stock heads and about 116k miles on them. I am thinking about pulling the valve cover off and tighting them down. I wanted yalls opinion before I remove stuff I don't need to.

Default

once you are positive it is valve noise it might not be your rockers. it could be your lifters.

just a thought,
adam
