Help Please

Maybe you can help.

1. My Air bag light blinks while I drive. Sometimes it stops blinking and a louding buzzing noise comes from behind the AC panel.

2. The radiator looses water. I have a new water pump and it doesn't leak. No water or smoke comes out of the exhaust that I know of. I don't overheat. The radiator lets out pressurized air when the water is low. No bubbles. I'm gonna double check the hoses.

3. After driving the car for a short while, it won't start. I'll turn the key and it'll do about half a crank then I have to let off or smoke will come out from my cowl. If I try to push start the car, it'll start but some of the rockers will be loud and the engine won't run right. I'll miss. If it runs for a few minutes the rockers will quiet down. Normally I never hear the rockers. They are otherwise quiet. Are they too tight or loose? After the car cools, it'll start up just fine. The car always runs nice and cool according to the guage. I never feel heat hesitation on the throttle nor does it smoke. I bought a new battery, starter, and alternator. Same problem.
