46stang had the great idea of getting all the southern CA MWer's together to hit c-bad on Sept 14. We are trying to incite some of the boys over at LS1.com to put there money where there mouth is in terms of the "invincible" cars they have.

The following people and rides have RSVP'd affirimative. 46stang - 2003 Cobra Skyman - do I need to list it? The Deuce - my GT I know of a 76 in south Orange County that has 100 on tap. The plan is to meet somewhere in OC and cruise down together. I'll bring this back up when we get closer, but get them cars running fast and straight. It'll be a good time for sure.

I'll count you in then. I will probably only run two or three times, and my car isn't real fast either.

Carlsbad Raceway is an actual sanctioned track, with lights and everything. I'm thinking a hibatchi may be in order. A bunch of Mustangs, a strip, and some tri-tip, I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday.

I am currently getting my tranny rebuilt. If I can get her going again before Sept 14th, then I am down to go to Carlsbad. I live in Costa Mesa (Orange County) so let me know what's up. Even if I can't get my stang going, I'll cruise. Let me know what's up as we get closer. (Deuce; I PM'd you before reading this

As long as Mr. Induction is ok with it, you can have all the fun you want. There may even be some "unofficiated" racing going on that evening, if you know what i mean.![]()

So far this is who is going - what they're bringing:

46Stang - 2003 Cobra Skyman - 1989 Saleen The Deuce - 1997 GT Induction - Poodle skirt and Scarf Kamaro Killer - 1988 GT NO SLO PK - 1991 LX (or Gen 1 Lightning) There are some other people considering going, and I'm looking forward to overrunning the track with American Muscle. Last time I was down there the showing was less than impressive. Although the cars running were very nice.

			 Done.

I posted a link in Mod Maddness, and Windsor power. I also started a couple threads on LS1.com with the title, "So you think you're fast?" They have a San Diego area forum, so I think the turnout over there should be pretty good. Now we just need some more fast rides and beautiful women, hopefully they come together. ![]()
