Blown Fuse...
I keep blowing the Horn/cruise control fuse in my 1990 LX V8. As soon as I go to plug it in it pops in my hand. My mustang got broken into a month ago and it was working alright. I "think" I taped up all the loose wires. Any one have any ideas on how to figure out where the problem is? I've got acces to a ton of electriacl engineering tools. PLS HELP!!!!

Recheck the wiring, something is shorting out.

Could be in the horn circuit in the steering wheel.
Take care, ~Chris
