Default gear oil?

I had my gears swapped to 373s about 2 years ago. I put about 500 miles on right away but now it has been sitting since then. I want to change my gear oil as well as all my other fluids before taking it out.

What type of gear oil should i put in my rear end? I have heard that ford uses a special kind that you have to get from the dealer. I dont wanna use the wrong thing.

Also, are there any tricks to filling it? How much oil should it take? I dont wanna over or under fill it. Usually you just fill up until it comes out the fill hole Also does anyone have any tricks for filling up? I dont have a professional pump and it is impossible with a funnel since the hole is in a tight spot and also on the side of the housing.

Thanks
