Default Is this a good deal?

I found a guy that's selling a 351w and crank. The block bored .040, cleaned and check with cast pistons.
Is this a good deal or not because I have my own 351w block and crank that is ready to go to the machine shop.
Would I be spending more to have the block and crank hot tanked and checked and cam bearing installed?
