![]() Just out of curiosity, you say you have a Trick flow upper and lower in you room ready for install. In you sig, you show a Trick Flow street heat. Do you have 2 or is it the same one?

![]() why are you going to go with the e or b cams, the e cam has poor vaccum and the performance is darn close to stock. the b cam seems a little big for your mild combo. i would go with an anderson cam, or some other company and stay away from the alphabet trend.

![]() sounds like you should be spending your money on a clean 5.0 with less miles on it and not a bunch of parts for one thats on its last days.
It might run a lot longer, but a 140K motor is not the best choice for a performance build up. I would have it rebuilt. |

![]() Thanks I think I rather just invest in a rebuild or maybe a 302 short block and just bolt up my parts that way I gotta brand new motor.

![]() You can buy a RHO FORD 302 for $900. Now really, if you could afford all the other stuff, wait a little longer, save a little more, get the new short block.

![]() I am gettin im patient but I can wait longer ans keep saving for a new short block but this is my first attempt and building up a motor Ive been just doin my homework from books and magazines, now honestly would it be outta reach for me to actually build a nice 302 to drop in my car and whats a good price for a new 302 short block i know probably over $1500, but is rebuilding mine and then installing all my parts totally outta the question?
