Post BBK TB Whistling + "my old flooding problem"

I know I have heard lots of people say that the BBK/Edelbrock TB whistles, but D@MN!!!! Is it really suppost to be that loud?? I mean it sounds like someone who is decent at whistling is under my hood whistling as loud as they can..Is this ok???

To those commenting on my flooding problem after i get done driving it..i think i thought of something...my mass air meter is calibrated for 19lb injectors...but I am running 30lb injectors..could this be causing this flooding problem..thanks
