Default Transmission torque capacity ratings

Can anyone explain how manual transmissions are rated? I need to know if a stock rebuild would be enough for my car. After 150K miles my sychronizers are going out. I have around 240rwhp according to the analyzers, (3400lbs. 14.1@96.xx). I have since installed an 8.8 w/3.73s and HP Megabite JRs after breaking the 7.5 w/2.73s. I am assuming I have well over the 330 ft lbs the FMS M-7003-Z HD T-5 is rated at.

Next: complete tune-up
