Default Door jamb rattle...

Okay, I know this is retarded but my driver's side door doesn't close tightly anymore and it has a lot of play in it, like 1/2" or more when I'm doing 90 or so. What the hell could cause that? Is the door out of adjustment? Absolutely nothing has happened to the car, accidents etc.
Okay, how do I fix this? As far as I can tell, there is nothing out of adjustment on the jamb.
Thanks in advance...
