Default Classic EFI or Carb debate

I've got a 70 model, and my folks are wanting alot more realiability outta it.........

This is currently what the car has on it:

Edlebrock Performer intake
Holley 650 DP
carb spacer and a K&N
Crane cam (not sure of specs, around 270 lift)
Headers, full exhaust
Built C4
8" Rear, pegleg, w/ 3.73's...

I'm almost positive that I'm gonna spool the rear, but thats as far as I've made it...

I'm also pretty sure that I'm gonna talk bo55 into porting the heads

But I'm debating between piecing together an EFI ( could get almost all the parts from friends)

Or a new Edlebrock carb w/ elec. choke..

What do ya'll think?
