Post Why do I still have so much blowby? (long)

My car burns oil like mad. I've had a leakdown test done and I had close to 30% on 4 of my cylinders. Now I know I'm not going to eliminate blowby but I've tried by putting a breather cap on, nothing. I don't even have oil coming through the breather. I figured it was going through my PCV system because my #8 plug was fouled and that's the closest plug to where the PCV hose runs into the intake. I plugged up the PCV by putting an old coil wire in place of the hose that runs from the PCV valve to the intake to plug it up. I still blow smoke and there is still nothing coming through my breather.

What else can I do? Shouldn't the excess crankcase pressure from the plugged up PCV be pushing oil out the breather?

Thanks.
