Post Type-F fluid in a T-5??

Yea, this guy that has been building t-5's for several years says "use type-f fluid only" i told him he's crazy, but he explained it doesnt hold as much heat as dexron mercon....and forgot what else, but im not sure if i can pour that purple stuff in mine, i may try it with my rebuilt t-5 though.
