Default 1969 deluxe convertible

hi guys Im new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself and get your opinions about my stang... the car has had cosmetic work done after a couple of accident over the yrs ....looks pretty good and is a true deluxe ..pretty rare car...should I keep it bone stock or would it be safe to enhance its capabilities....302 v8 3speed

thanks red glad to be here.....in 1969 Ford produced about 1800 or so convertibles with the deluxe package....more sound proofing ....fancier interior package...much like Mach 1 without the go fast goodies. My car may be particularly rare as it is a factory v8 3 speed. so what do you think keep it all original?
