![]() I recently accuired an 83 GT 5.0. I traded my 84 in for an 83 t-top with a rebuilt t-5 tranny new stock suspension all the way around, ram clutch, ram flywheel, Edelbrock 600 cfm 4bbl, Edelbrock airgap performer intake, hurst shifter with a pro 5.0 short throw shift mechanism, roll bar ( bolted to the frame not welded) Cragar Racing 5 point harnesses, Ford 3 or 4 row radiator (I forget which exactly) new waterpump, rack and pinion, new wheel bearings brake pads and roters, plus the engine is a 347 stroker, the block features Keith Black pistons and rings, with stock ported heads, balanced crank, with Eagle connecting rods and bearings. The motor and tranny has 2500 miles on it, and I picked it up for 4000$ plus a trade for my 84 5.0 project good deal?
Well anyways, my question is, underneath the dash in the 83, there is a knob that looks factory and says AMP PULL, what is this for? I didnt have one in my 84, jus curious as to what this is for. |
