best place to get long block?
I just found out that I have a hole in my piston and groove in the cylinder wall. Unfortunately it looks like the block isn't re-buildable - so I am looking for the best place to get a replacement. I would like to find just the block w/ pistons, rods, crank, main, and cam bearings assembled and installed as I have everything else to build it. Looking for a 302 or 351W Mexican block, would love a 393 or 418, but I don’t think I can fit it into the budget.
BTW- I live in CO, but am willing to buy and have shipped if the quality/price is good. |

Try DSS Racing or Central Coast Mustang. I myself am looking at the 393 block. These places probably won't help you if you are on a tight budget. I might be intersted to sell my block. ~385 HP at the Fly Wheel. I don't remember my TQ I got to look. For sure had 325.3 HP at tne rwhp SAE corrected. The Block has 36k on it and the the heads and the goddies have under 3k.
