![]() I'm in the process of finding exhaust components for a mustang to slap on the Lincoln. I seem to have found plenty of stock headers and H-pipes but have some trouble getting a catback.
i don't really want to buy a whole new one because prices are so rediculous for LX pipes. All of them seem to be over 200 bucks. I prefer something quiet since this is not a dragracing warrior meant to scare off chevys and hondas. Just want some nice sound when steppin on it and better flow. Are stock stang H pipes 2 1/4 diameter? From some pictures I seen they look very restrictive, and especially with 4 cats. Would it make much difference on a motor not looking to go over 260 horsepower in the future? ------------------ Rob meister 89 Mercedes 190E 2.6 87 Lincoln Continental Ex 86 Mercury Cougar |
