![]() Put a 351W in my 85 mustang. More horsepower now. Would now like to change the rear axle to a 9 inch. Seen online a stronger diff case for 8 inch. But I think I would just as soon change the complete rear diff, axles and housing. Can this be done? If so, what vehicle axle should I be looking for? Seen on the forum that an explorer axle would bolt up. I didn't know that axle would even fit. That makes me think that something should work. Can anyone help?
