Post notchy steering,oversteer and looseness

My steering is notchy and loose and is given towards oversteer. This all started a week after I got new Koni yellow struts. The first week with the new struts the cars steering felt much more precise and tighter. This has been getting worse ever time I drive. When I first start driving the steering is fine then it starts acting up.Other than Kyb rear shocks the rest of the suspension is stock.Does this sound like a steering rack going bad or the front suspension?

I forgot to mention that the cars ride is extremely rough now.I can't even see cars in my rear view mirror.I feel like I'm driving a wagon with no struts and shocks or springs.

Have you checked to make sure nothing is coming loose? If it felt fine for a week it is probably just something that worked loose.

I already had my mechanic check for anything loose and couldn't find anything wrong.I'm taking the car back over tomorrow morning to have it looked at again.
