Default SN95 rear end in a fox body-help

I have found a 95 or 96 mustang with rear disc brakes and I would like to have the rear disc set up on my 91 fox body. I can get what ever I need. Brake booster master cylinder and proportioning valve ect. My question can I strip everything off of the rear end and axles and use it on my housing? Also if I pull the complete rear end will it fit the fox body? Lee
