Question Master Cylndr Blck Elect Plug?

I am a new owner of a 1969 Mustang Coupe with a 302.
After looking around the engine bay I noticed a electrical 2 wire plug pulled off the master brake cylinder brake fuild distrubtion block, in the middle of the two brake line ports.
What is this for ? E brake light, should I plug it in and check the dash for a E light or something.
