![]() HEY !
My dad is giving parts from our 90 F-250, its just driven its last mile.. : ) so far, my uncle took a lot, but, upper and lower intake, heads, etc, are still there... is there anything I can transplant to my 5 litre? are the heads any better? is the throttle body bigger? (I know this sounds like a dumb question, but, should I even ask for any parts?, to use in the future even??) thanks !! ------------------ 94 GT (triple black) FMS (9mm, 95 17" Cobra R's, AL Driveshaft, 3.27's) K&N, 12* timing, MSD Coil, 180* thermostat MAC Shifter/Gauges/Pedals, Euro Clear Projectors & Corners My CAR! |

![]() The heads are almost identical and the throttle body wouldn't fit on a mustang because i think it's not the same design. The intakes won't work either because of the same reason, the lower intake also is wider. You could use the heads in the future but you'd need to have washers or somethign for the bolts because the head bolts are larger in diameter in the 5.8L., but the heads could be useful. The front timing chain cover is identical, but i don't see why you'd ever need one. I really can't think of much that you could use off of the truck.

![]() get the lower intake and the distributor they are the hard parts to find for a 351 swap but hey why not grab it all and start a slow rebuild now .
you will need a box upper and whatever is missing , ------------------ 89 with 395 single stage n2o .garret t3. 373's Suspention worked out finnaly . need cage . |
