Found a Hole in my Block!
The hole is about the size of a quarter. It's located in the wall under where the front intake seal goes, right next to the lifter bore for the #1 intake valve. You can see the distributor shaft when looking from the valley area. It's oblong in shape so I don't think it's supposed to be there. My questions are:
1. Does that hole belong there? 2. What could have caused that? 3. What kind of problems could this lead to? 4. Can it be fixed?
