Question I have a question concerning possible comp. problems...HELP

Ok, I bought a 1994 GT in July. Its all stock and has the AODE trans. It ran great for the first 2 weeks I had it. The problems I am having are this:

Sometimes, the car will downshift when it shouldn't. On occassion, it does it so much that if you hit the gas it revs like its in neutral...then shifts kinda hard. If it downshifts like this, you can pull over and turn the car off, count to 5, and its fine when you restart it.

I had the transmission flushed and serviced and it didn't help.

It also has done something else thats weird. Its only done this 3 times since I've had the car and its been several weeks since it has....The "check engine" light will flash rapidly, at the same time the "ABS" light flashes and the car jerks pretty bad. Its almost like it starts to die and then recovers. But it will do this rapidly.

Does anyone ever have any of these problems? I don't want to spend the $250 for a computer if thats not what it is.

Any feedback would be appreciated...
