![]() Well we went to the track tonight and the results sucked.
We can not get the car to run better than a 12.6 @108 We pulled a 1.8 60ft on every run. The first run we managed a 12.6 @108 w/7 lbs of fuel pressure and 32 degrees timing. The second run we advanced the timing to 38 degrees and ran a 12.6 @108. The third run we advanced the timing to 42 degrees just to see if it would slow it down and it ran a 12.6 @108. The fourth run we retarded the timing to 28 degrees and ran a 12.6 @108 The fifth run we backed the fuel pressure down to 3 degrees just to see if it would slow the car down and it ran a 12.6 @108. The sixth run we put the fuel pressure at 6 lbs and went back to 32 degrees and ran a you guessed it, a 12.6 @ 109. Ok I am confused, why would no mater what we did to the car, it would run the same time with bracket like consistency? I need help as I am getting frustrated! ------------------ James Cox nochevy@hotmail.com 1991 Mustang LX No good times with 347 stroker yet! |
