Default 2.3 intercooled turbo in a ranger


Anyone have any expierence with an SVO motor in a Ranger? My friend has a truck with an 87 intercooled motor it runs quick. 14.3's @99 with a 2.40 short time!!!!! Thats really cookin'.

Any thoughts?

Yep. We got guys in the 13's and lower on the Turbo Ford mailing list. It is a very common swap nowadays, and even have a company selling custom kits for this swap. The list can be viewed/joined at http://www.eGroups.com/list/turbo
