![]() My '68 289 still runs good, it just doesn't produce the hp that I want. I've been looking at some of the complete long blocks that you can get from Ford Racing or Coast High Performance. Also, I've been checking with machine shops on rebuilding my 289 with all the goodies (maybe stroking it to 331).
So far the cost is about a wash. Anyone know of any advantages or disadvantages with going one way or the other? |
