Question 351m in '65 pony

This is my first project car and havn't had much luck running down a rebuildable 289 or 302. I do have a rebuildable 351m that i can latch onto for hardly nuthin, but I dont know what kind of modifications if any I would have to do to get the motor in and the hood closed. Since this is my first go around, I don't need things to get too crazy. Any suggestions?
