![]() I once had a leak in the gaskets between the throttle body/egr/intake and my intake filled up with this putty like substance. All of my collant got sucked into the engine. it was not a fun clean up. Take the intake tube off of the TB and see if there is a leak before it gets worse.
It could also be the lower intake gaskets. Did you purchase intake gaskets with silicone around the water passages? If not, did you put a small bead around them before you lowered the intake in place?
