![]() I have a 1993 LX with a 2.3. I have 195/60/15's on the front. This small of a tire leaves a large gap of air, and almost looks silly. I want to lower the front only about 4", or whatever it will take to close the gap between the tire top and the wheel cut-out on the fender. An old freinds' brother once heated the coil springs on a 74 Chevy truck and it worked. Would this weaken the springs any? Are thier kits? On the back, I have 215/70/15's, which fills up the wheel well nicely and completely. I could probably almost squeeze 225/70's in there. I have thought about going to a 16" rim also. I want the big tire in back, little tire in front look, with car low to the ground. This is an extremely punishing, menacing look on a vehicle.
