I agree with the posts above, however I have run 12.5 @108 with a 9# intercooled kit (2 Core) and 19# injectors. I have an FMU and BTM. My base timing is set at 9-10. I have never lost a head gasket. Be sure that you run good fuel--I never go below 94 Octane. I also do not push the car when it is very hot.

When I first got the kit my car was an AOD car with a P.I. Converter. I went through 2 AOD's that summer - 2 passes down the 1/4. If your AOD is stock then you better trailer your car because it will not last. I put in a C-4 and have made many passes with not trouble. Good luck--please post you times!!
