Default Could a 10.25to1- 10.5to1 motor live long with 5 PSI of boost?

I know a guy with a relatively newly rebuilt vortech A-trim (that's 5 PSI right?), but I figure that's out of the question for me, 58cc heads, flat tops with like 4cc eyebrows in them.

Or is it?????
I just found out he had it today and never planned on putting any boost to it but if it'd live I may do it what do you think?
