Default Antifreeze in my oil, Again!

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, i don't understand it? I put on my Explorer intake on this weekend and now the oil level just keeps on rising and water is coming out the exhaust? Last time this happened I had a blown head gasket.

I just don't understand why this happened, I used RTV around the water jackets and tighten the intake down good. WTF!
