hey, are you talking about the threads for the drain plug(s)?
if not, the only other bolts on the pan would be the ones to attach it to the block which wouldnt be fixed by getting a new pan so this must not be what your talking about

is this on your 2.3 or a 5.0 that your building or something?

My advice is to tap it and get loc-tite a short bolt in there. Then get one of those tranny pain drain plug kits that lets you install a drain plug where there normally isnt one. Just put it close to the other one and your set. Probably be much cheaper than getting a brand new one.
