Flaming bags of poo
I have a neighbor that keeps letting her dog crap in front of our apartment and she doesn't clean it up. The worst part is she always carries a pooper scooper. I am very seriously considering giving her one of these door step delights as a Monday morning wake up call some day.
Do you think this too harsh, or should I take it up and notch and leave a present on her car? Anyway, later.
