You're gonna hate me for this one.......

Mark Ray in NC right? Wow, you must spend mucho $$$$ there because it seems like he's one rude guy if you dont. When we were down in FL for the NMRA season opener last year, we saw him in some Vic he was hopping up, and one of my buddies tried to say hello and say what nice cars he built, and the dude just turned his back on him and walked away like he was beggin' for change. I could NOT believe it my mouth just dropped to the floor at the gall and lack of good manners. He does, however, build awesome cars. I've always been impressed at the work he did on Mike's old cobra.

Unfortunately, I see that type of elitist behavior at many(not all) performance shops: basically you dont get treated kindly until you flash the bucks. When I was shopping around for a place to do my motor, all the rude jerks that didn't take me seriously or at least afforded me the minimum amount of decency were immediately Xed off the list.

Anyhoo, enough of my babbling, CONGRATS on your great deal! I got a similar deal on my GT40 and 70mm TB and I'm vurrah happy
