James - sorry to hear about your stang I hope you can save it! I must say being a father and reading these posts slaming parents; believe it or not - we don't do things go piss off our kids. Do you know the reason why your father is not in favor of the 4-banger rebuild? Maybe you can talk to him and find out what the reasons are for his decision. I have two teenagers and there are some things I won't budge on and other things I will - if I hear good reasoning from my kids.

My son and I are building an 88GT project together and it's been some of the best times my son and I have had in the last several years. Both of us will remember this experience forever! Once we get this project car done - we're looking to pick up another stang and build for race-only..
