Rage_5.0 - sounds like your dad isn't objecting and trying to "run" your life there are two issues that he's bringing up. Do you have a plan for taking care of the two issues your dad has brought up? If so - have you talked it over with him? I know first hand that doing a major project like you're talking about takes time and a place to work it..
