I'm running the 6032's right now. The have the emissions stuff in them, and are a great street head. Like you said the only difference is stud mount vs pedestal mount. Flow numbers are identical, don't let anyone tell you different. Even the 6022 (performer RPM not E-legal I think) flow the same.

The stud mount heads are a great way to go to have an adjustable valve train, great for bigger cams. Stock type (pedestal mount) are good for small cams, and you can re-use the junky factory rocker arms. With the 6032's you can always put in 7/16 studs too.
