The SystemMax II kit is supposed to make 350 hp at the crank when used with the other recommended parts. I usually see them advertised for around $2000.
My SystemMax II kit was non-emissions. I think the deciding factor is the cam. They probably offer an emissions legal cam...I never checked. They also sell a SystemMax I kit that is basically just a lower intake and cam. It is supposed to make 270 hp Chad
