I don't think it's old enough yet plus a Classic Plate is supposed to be on a stock vehicle. I have a PA. Collectable Vehicle plate on my 86 Capri 5.0. Your car must be modified and be in show condition. You have to get a reconstruted title. This will exempt you from emissions test and is a permanate plate like a classic. Check with a tag place about it. RAY
