First, mine is "warped" the exact same as yours. I have seen this "droop" in the bumper in the same place on many other Stangs as well.
Second, I was in a rear-end wreck a couple years ago. Some 16 year old kid rear-ended me - basically he scracthed up my bumper pretty good. We got a police report and everything. Insurance covered everything. I simply took my Mustang to my local Ford dealer and they put on a new bumper - looked great for about a year and then the dreaded "droop" happened again. I think it's just a typical issue on many Stang's on this period. Get tough with the insurance company and get your Stang fixed right. Good luck, E
