![]() You definitely need a good quality higher stall torque converter, trans cooler & 3.73 gears. You won't lose to the best driven manual car with those mods. Also you will want to do these mods before the supercharger. I had a V2 S-trim with a 3K stall converter, shift kit, cooler & Redline Synth. ATF and the car took off like a roots blown car spinning all the way through 2nd before the car rolled 20 ft. It was a violent setup. I would get a Protorque converter with about 2800 stall, shift kit, trans cooler, 3.73 gears & change the fluid while you are at it and enjoy the ride. Inspite of what some people would have you believe, the torque converter will change the rate of acceleration and power output to the ground.
